you can see the resultant email looks
much
more professional than the one with line breaks after just
one or
two words. One other thing to take note of is the typeface (font) and type size that you send your emails out with. For any email being read on a monitor the arial font is the easiest to read by the majority of people. I would not recommend using a typeface smaller than 10 or larger than 12.
